Meet Teresa
“I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and the weight of past experiences. You might be feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or simply noticing that something isn’t working. I support clients with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, and intergenerational patterns. As a first-generation American, I understand the complexity of culture, expectations, and identity. Together, we slow things down, make sense of patterns, and help you move forward with more clarity and steadiness.”
